As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and reach their individual potential.

Providing 1:1 or small-group support
Helping pupils access the curriculum
Supporting communication and social development
Working with pupils with a range of SEN needs
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour

✔️ Confident working with pupils with additional needs
✔️ Able to build positive relationships with children and staff
✔️ Experienced in education or SEN — although relevant transferable experience is also welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
