As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll lead efforts on strategically important, business-critical problems

• Shape and lead the data strategy for a large domain or collective
• Identify, frame and lead strategically important problems where the path is ambiguous
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, ML, design, research, risk and operations
• Establish measurement strategies and metric maps
• Set and evolve best practices for experimentation, causal inference, forecasting and optimisation
• Remain hands-on where your expertise is most valuable
• Steward critical data products and initiatives end-to-end
• Coach and mentor data scientists and analytics engineers

£124,400 - £165,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits. We can help you relocate to the UK or Spain and sponsor visas. This role can be based in our London or Barcelona offices, but we’re also open to distributed working within the UK. We offer flexible working hours and a learning budget of £1,000 a year.
