Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding role covering PPA time across a welcoming and supportive school?
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join a fantastic school in Chelmsford, delivering high-quality PPA cover across a range of year groups. The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons during teachers' PPA time
- Support pupils' learning across different year groups
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
What We're Looking For
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
