As an LSA, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. One moment you could be helping a child build confidence with their learning, the next you'll be supporting group activities, encouraging positive behaviour, or finding creative ways to keep students engaged.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting students with their learning and development
• Working alongside teachers to create an engaging classroom environment
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Adapting your approach to meet the needs of different learners
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

• A confident communicator and team player
• Passionate about supporting children and young people
• Experienced working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)
