Job Title: Project Manager  
Location: Cheshire 
Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £500 - £575 per day (inclusive) 

Engagement: Outside IR35

Duration: Long term work

We are currently seeking Project Manager for an immediate start on a project based in Cheshire The ideal Project Manager will have earthworks experience or civils

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Gold or Black Card

• SMSTS

• Health & Safety certification

• First Aid at Work

• NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management (or equivalent)

• Proven experience managing construction sites

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations

• Managing site teams and subcontractors

• Ensuring all works are carried out in line with H&S regulations

• Maintaining project timelines and quality standards

• Reporting progress to senior management

• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
