Your Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and school leaders to help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis
- Assisting learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting classroom learning activities
- Helping students develop confidence, resilience, and independence
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
