Protocol Education is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a welcoming and inclusive SEN school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism.
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
• Implement individual education and behaviour support plans.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN or autism.
• Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
