Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged students with diverse and complex special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students across a range of curriculum subjects.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support.
• Work closely with teaching staff and families.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people is desirable.
• Adaptable and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
