Summary


A Tier One Contractor and Project Partner,  specialising in building sustainable lifelines for the transport, infrastructure and energy markets is looking for a HR Operations Co-Ordinator to join their team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire to support in the provision of independent HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners. to ensure a consistent and supportive service to both internal and external stakeholders.


As a HR Operations Co-Ordinator, responsibilities will include;


-    Overseeing the day‑to‑day HR processes including supporting with data relating to onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration. 
-    Producing regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, not limited to; headcount, turnover, absence, compliance metrics and any other information as required for both UK and Group reporting. 
-    Support the Fleet team with maintaining the parking fines, speeding offences logs and evidence and recover of associated costs and production of associated re-claim letters for both employees and payroll.  
-    Acts as the liaison for internal teams including payroll, Finance, IT, etc and external partners such as recruitment agencies and training providers to ensure clear communication, timely follow‑up, and consistent service levels.  
-    Maintains records in line with GDPR and organisational policies. 
-    Supports risk mitigation by ensuring documentation, approvals, and processes meet regulatory standards. 
-    Co-ordinate the recruitment process with any external parties e.g. agencies, scheduling interviews, candidate communication where required. 
-    Resolve basic HR queries e.g. re-setting of systems, where possible or escalates to the appropriate level to ensure employees receive timely and accurate information. 
-    Responsible for chasing and maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly trackers including but not limited to; employee monthly reviews, car insurance certification, headcount, starters and leavers logs, collection of company property for leavers, new starter IT requests, social value and EDI  metrics.
-    Co-ordinate, source and arrange training and development from PDR's and general company requirements. This includes booking courses, raising PO's, booking associated meetings rooms, buffets, hotels and managing diary entries and attendance records as well as logging of completion and certifications as a full end to end service as and when required. 
-    Meeting coordination including minute‑taking, agenda preparation, and action tracking as directed by the HR Director or as delegated.  
-    Document production - e.g. parking fine letters, hybrid working agreements, office relocations, general letters, forms, and compliance documentation as required. 
-    Audit support through evidence collation, and compliance checks ahead of any internal and external audit requirements as advised.

Seeking an individual with

-    Minimum 12 months experience in a HR or similar role managing employee records and confidential documentation. 
-    Computer literacy including Excel and basic formulas as well as in house software and Microsoft office 
-    Strong administration experience in a confidential environment. 
-    Experience scheduling interviews, posting vacancies, and supporting candidate communication. 
-    Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. 
-    Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and handle high-volume workloads. 
-    Proven ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. 
-    Basic understanding of UK employment legislation, 
-    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-    Ideally hold CIPD level 3 or working towards

Salary / Benefits

Up to £32,000.00 dependant on experience plus:

-    25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays each year.
