Protocol Education is recruiting caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools across Doncaster. Whether you have previous SEN experience or a background in care, support work, youth work, or education, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
• Deliver tailored interventions on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Encourage engagement and participation in lessons
• Support personal, social, and emotional development
• Liaise effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents where required
