We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS2 SEND Learning Partner to join a welcoming junior school in South Gloucestershire. The role

Working within KS2, you will:

• Support pupils with SEND with their learning and engagement
• Provide individual and small-group support where required
• Help children develop confidence, independence and resilience
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
• Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEND
• Is patient, positive and compassionate
• Can build strong and trusting relationships with pupils
• Is resilient and able to adapt their approach to individual needs
• Works well as part of a team
• Is committed to helping every child make progress and feel valued

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
