

Year 4 Teaching Assistant

We're seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP within a welcoming primary school. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, help deliver small-group interventions, and work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children with SEND, particularly neurodiverse learners.
- Understands social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with children.
- Is patient, calm and committed to promoting independence and confidence.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
The role includes adapting learning activities, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting pupils both academically and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
