Role overview

Reporting to the EU Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Dispute Operations, we are looking for a Senior Financial Crime Ops Manager to join our fast-growing EU team in Dublin. You will oversee outsourced partners, hold them accountable for SLAs and performance, and combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic partners oversight and ensure outsourcing partners operate effectively
• Monitor FinCrime metrics and drive action delivery with product teams
• Align cross-functional teams with FinCrime, AML/CTF vision and strategy
• Build solutions with technology for screening, onboarding and transaction monitoring
• Support production of Committee packs and oversee change implementation
• Work with second line of defence and MLRO on assurance and remediation
• Collaborate across the company on EU expansion challenges
• Support third line of defence auditing activities

What we are looking for

• Strong data insights and analytics skills for strategic decision-making
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and working with engineers and data scientists
• Previous leadership of FinCrime operations in payments or banking
• Understanding of financial crime risks in fintech products
• Champion of automated processes and cross-functional collaboration
