Criminology Graduate – Behaviour Support LSA

This Durham SEMH provision supports pupils who are at risk of exclusion and involvement in the criminal justice system. Your role is prevention. Early intervention. Positive redirection.

Your day might include:

• Supporting pupils with behavioural challenges
• Acting as a positive role model
• Supporting restorative conversations
• Helping students re-engage with learning
• Working closely with pastoral teams

You’ll gain real insight into:
• Behaviour triggers and de-escalation
• Youth intervention strategies
• Safeguarding processes
• Alternative education pathways

Perfect if you’re considering teaching, youth work, policing, or further study in criminology or psychology.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
