Protocol Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a school in North Durham, supporting pupils with behaviour, emotional wellbeing and additional needs.

You don't need years of experience. This role is about bringing your knowledge, personality and willingness to learn into a school environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support pupils with:

Learning and classroom activities
Behaviour and emotional regulation
Communication and social development
Confidence and independence
Positive relationships
Engagement with education
Individual barriers to learning

Depending on the school and pupils, you'll work 1:1, in small groups and alongside the class teacher.
