We're working with welcoming and inclusive Secondary Schools across Ealing who are looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Whether you already have experience supporting young people with additional needs or you're looking to take your first step into a school environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful experience while making a genuine difference.

You'll work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams, providing tailored support to students both inside and outside the classroom.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students with SEND on a one-to-one, small-group or classroom basis
• Helping students access lessons, understand tasks and stay engaged with their learning
• Providing additional support with learning, communication, behaviour and emotional regulation where required
• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support individual learning needs
• Building positive and trusting relationships with students
• Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported

What we're looking for:

• Passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their potential
• Patient, empathetic and able to build strong relationships with students
• Confident communicating with young people and school staff
• Adaptable, proactive and willing to get stuck in
• Experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD or other additional needs is desirable but not essential
• Experience in schools, youth work, care, coaching or similar settings would also be beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
