Teaching Assistants Required – East Sussex

Teach South Kent are currently working with a range of schools across East Sussex who are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants.

Previous experience working within a school setting would be desirable; however, it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and are looking to start or progress a career in education.

The role may involve:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Working one-to-one or with small groups
• Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities
• Encouraging positive learning and behaviour

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable, patient, and adaptable
• Passionate about education and supporting young people
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Willing to learn and develop within the role
