We're looking for enthusiastic graduates and aspiring teachers to join primary schools across Watford as Teaching Assistants.

You don't necessarily need previous experience as a TA. If you've worked with children through tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, childcare, volunteering or similar activities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Support pupils in the classroom
• Work with individuals and small groups
• Assist teachers during lessons
• Help children with reading, writing and Maths
• Support pupils who need additional help
• Encourage positive behaviour and confidence
• Help create an engaging classroom environment

This role could be ideal if you are:

• Considering teacher training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
