Protocol Education are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Enfield who are looking to appoint an inspiring Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment and helping children build strong foundations in their education.
The role:
- Teach a Year 1 class across the full primary curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Assess and track pupil progress effectively
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- A strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A creative, enthusiastic and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
