Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: RemoteEngagement: FreelanceWorking Pattern: Remote + ad hoc travel to siteContracts ManagerWe are currently recruiting for Contracts Manager to join a highly respected company, managing various contracts on HV Major Projects.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary interface for contractual matters between client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Working under NEC contracts.Manage and maintain change control processes in line with NEC requirements.Support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and claims discussions.Administer NEC3/4 contracts including early warnings, compensation event notifications, change control, and contractual communications.
