Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Epsom.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their full potential in an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs
- Support children with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and other learning difficulties
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and interventions
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
