We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Epsom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, tutoring, coaching, or care setting is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
