About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children’s education and development.
