Protocol Education is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ferryhill, supporting pupils who benefit from additional guidance, encouragement and tailored learning.

Your responsibilities:

• Support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement

• Work closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing

• Holds a degree in Sociology, Criminology, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
