We are looking for Early Years Learning Support Assistants to work within primary and Early Years settings across Horfield, Filton and North Bristol.

What could your day look like?

You'll be supporting children in Nursery and Reception, helping them develop through play, exploration and positive relationships.

You may be:

• Getting involved in creative and sensory activities
• Supporting communication and early language development
• Encouraging confidence and independence
• Helping children understand routines and boundaries
• Providing additional support for children with SEND
• Supporting children with emotional regulation
• Creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment

Who would suit this role?

Experience in a school is useful, but we're also interested in people from nursery, childcare, care, SEND, youth work, creative or coaching backgrounds.

Above all, we're looking for people who are patient, energetic, nurturing and genuinely enthusiastic about working with young children.
