I am currently on the lookout for a BIM Coordinator for a role in Frankfurt, Germany. I am acting on behalf of a Specialist Construction & Engineering Consultancy who operate heavily in the European Data Centre & Pharmaceutical industries.This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their Data Centre Division.Benefits of this BIM Coordinator role: 30 Euros an hour all inclusive9 hour days / 45 hours a week12 Month Contract14th to 28th September start dateHybrid working available – 1 day in every 2 weeks on site, the rest WFH Key Responsibilities of this BIM Coordinator role: Coordinate BIM activities across the project, ensuring models are aligned with project requirements.Review and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models.Identify and resolve clashes and design coordination issues.Work closely with engineering, design, construction and commissioning teams.Manage and maintain BIM models and associated project information.Carry out regular model reviews and coordination meetings.Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.Support the integration of architectural, structural and MEP models.Track and manage coordination issues through to resolution.Assist with the preparation of BIM reports and coordination documentation.Ensure model revisions and information exchanges are properly controlled.Support construction teams with model-based information and technical queries.Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders to ensure coordinated BIM delivery. Essential Criteria for this BIM Coordinator role: Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within construction or engineering.Previous experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or similarly complex construction projects.Strong understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model management.Experience coordinating MEP, architectural and structural models.Proficiency with relevant BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical information and design coordination.Experience identifying and managing clashes and coordination issues.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with multiple contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.Previous experience working in Germany or wider Europe would be advantageous.Fluent English is essential; German language skills would be advantageous.EU Passport / Work rights are essential due to the urgency of the requirement.
