  • Maintain document registers, drawing trackers, workflows and approval records.
  • Process RFIs, technical submittals, RAMS/method statements, QA documentation, commissioning records and reports.
  • Track client comments, document status updates and workflow approvals.
  • Support preparation of O&M manuals, as-built documentation and handover records.
  • Assist with site office administration, visitor bookings, site access records and project trackers.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting by collating information from the site team.
  • Keep accurate records of safety documentation, briefings, delivery notes and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Support project close-out, archiving and handover activities.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in document control, site administration or project administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of both Procore and Eida is essential.
  • Background in a construction, engineering, M&E, data centre, industrial or infrastructure environment.
  • Good understanding of construction documentation, drawing registers and document workflows.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work well with site teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
  • A proactive, cooperative, solutions-focused approach.
