Protocol Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant within a Gateshead school.

The successful candidate will provide consistent support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them participate in learning, develop positive relationships and build greater independence.

This role would suit a graduate looking to gain professional experience before pursuing a career in education, psychology, SEND or a related field.

Person Specification

• A genuine interest in SEND and child development

A Psychology degree is desirable, although applications from graduates with relevant backgrounds may also be considered.
