Many pupils in this setting respond best to adults who can provide consistency, patience, and strong relationship-building.

Your Role:

• Lead classes using pre-planned resources
• Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Act as a positive role model
• Encourage attendance, engagement, and routine
• Build trust with vulnerable young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
