Protocol Education are looking for Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work with schools across Gateshead.

Whether you've studied Psychology, Education, English, Sociology, Sports, Criminology or another relevant subject, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with children and young people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils in lessons
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping students access the curriculum
• Supporting literacy and communication
• Encouraging engagement and confidence
• Supporting pupils with additional needs
• Helping students develop independence
• Building positive relationships
• Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
• Supporting positive behaviour

You won't simply be observing. You'll be an active member of the classroom team, getting involved and developing your practical skills.
