Protocol Education is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to provide 1:1 support to a pupil in a Gateshead school.

You'll gain hands-on experience while helping a young person become more confident, independent and engaged in their education.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Supporting the pupil throughout the school day
Helping them access lessons and activities
Encouraging communication
Supporting emotional regulation
Developing positive behaviours
Building a trusting relationship
Helping them become more independent
Adapting support when something isn't working
Working closely with teachers and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
