• Role: Full Time, Term Time Only
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Pay: £105–£125 per day (experience dependent)
  Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Assist with classroom and behavior management
• Mentor and deliver targeted interventions
• Support literacy, social, and independence skills
• Implement positive behavior strategies
• Senior/HLTA Duties:
• Write pupil progress reports
• Maintain records and monitor engagement
• Track targets and contribute to EHCP reviews
• Lead interventions and support other TAs
• Requirements:
• Strong SEMH/behavior experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confident managing challenging behavior
• Independent, resilient, and committed
