Protocol Education is recruiting for a specialist Learning Support Assistant to work within a supportive Gateshead school catering for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.
You will help deliver engaging sensory-based learning activities, provide individual support, encourage communication and independence, and assist with personal care where required.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, resilient, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning. The school provides excellent support, ongoing guidance, and opportunities to develop specialist SEND knowledge.
