Priory Hospital Nelson House has an opportunity for a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our team.
This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 30 hours per week over 4 amount of days. The pro rata salary for this role is £21,040.
Priory Hospital Nelson House, Gosport, Hampshire is a rehabilitation service offering level 1 and level 2 care for males with mental health conditions and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and substance misuse issues. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along Rowner Road and Portsmouth Harbour railway station approximately 3–4 miles from the service. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
You will provide managers with HR guidance and support on employee relations cases and a range of HR matters, including the interpretation and application of Priory’s HR policies and procedures. You will work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning, including recruitment and onboarding activities, and act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR queries.

- CIPD Level 5 qualified with relevant working knowledge or a minimum of 3 years HR working experience.
- Demonstrable experience of managing employee relations cases.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience working as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant within a commercial environment.
- Experience working in a generalist or specialist HR role.
