Protocol Education is working with a specialist SEMH provision in Heaton seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement with education.
You'll act as a positive role model, helping young people build trust, develop coping strategies and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
Location: Heaton
Pay: £92.63 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
What you'll be doing
- Providing mentoring support throughout the school day
- Building strong, professional relationships
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Using de-escalation techniques when required
- Encouraging positive engagement in learning
- Working with teachers and pastoral teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
