Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre / CablingI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Multi million pound client, with presence across multiple sectors such as utilities, renewables, civils & water. They are looking for a strong quantity surveor to join on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced organisation, and will help the Senior Quantity Surveyor in delivering the project.Profile needed for the Quantity Surveyor requirement:·         Worked as a Quantity Surveyor·         Experienced with contract 'change process' ·         Strong contract experience (JCT & NEC)·         Good knowledge of cost forecasting·         A strong, confident candidate·         Worked on cabling jobs previously (excavation/installation) Rate: £350-450 per day (DOE) Location: HertfordshireDuration: 12 month contract (rolling)Status: Outside IR35 If you are interested in this position then please contact me by sending a CV to [email protected]
