You'll Make a Difference Every Day

You'll support pupils with both their education and personal development, helping them overcome barriers and get the most from school.

You'll be involved in:

Building trusting relationships with pupils
Supporting emotional wellbeing
Encouraging positive behaviour
Helping pupils manage challenges
Supporting 1:1 and small-group activities
Encouraging confidence and communication
Supporting learning in the classroom
Helping pupils develop independence
Working with teachers and pastoral teams
Creating a positive and inclusive environment

You Don't Need to Be a Teacher

We're interested in graduates from a range of backgrounds, including:

Previous school experience isn't essential.

Maybe you've coached a team, volunteered with young people, worked in a customer-facing role or simply know that you're someone young people respond well to.

We'll provide support and training to help you develop your classroom experience.
