Graduate Teaching Assistant - Hexham

This full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunity offers hands-on experience within a supportive school environment, making it ideal for graduates considering teaching, educational psychology or youth work.
In This Role You Will:
- Support teachers with lesson delivery
- Work with students individually and in small groups
- Help improve engagement and attendance
- Encourage positive learning behaviours
- Provide pastoral support where required
- Develop practical classroom management skills
You Will Have:
- A degree or A-Level qualifications
- A strong interest in education
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships
- A proactive and professional attitude
Full training, mentoring and ongoing support provided from day one.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am-4:00pm | Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
