Protocol Education is looking for a graduate to join a school and support pupils with their learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and personal development.

What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in helping pupils feel supported and ready to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building positive relationships with pupils
Supporting emotional wellbeing
Encouraging positive behaviour
Helping pupils manage challenges
Supporting students who lack confidence
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Supporting pupils during lessons
Encouraging communication and independence
Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
