Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in Hillingdon.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher with engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.

• Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and participation.

• Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN.

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
