Part-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant (Mornings Only) | Southend-on-Sea

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Looking for a rewarding part-time morning role in a welcoming and supportive school community?

Protocol Education is working with a lovely primary school in Southend-on-Sea seeking a dedicated LSA to provide SEN support during morning sessions.

The Role:

  • Part-time mornings only
  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Immediate start available

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN
  • Patient, caring, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant education or support experience preferred
