Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with additional needs?

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Hounslow. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex needs.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Create and implement personalised learning plans and targets.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.
Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour support strategies.
Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with ASC, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, or complex needs is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
