Your role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Work alongside pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Support learning activities and classroom engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

What we're looking for:

• Psychology degree or similar
• Genuine interest in child development and education
• Strong communication skills
• Resilient, patient, and positive approach
• Previous experience with children is beneficial
