Quality Advisor

Reports to: Senior HSQE Manager

Job Summary

The Quality Advisor will support project and site teams to maintain high quality standards, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and deliver projects right first time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality advice and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and company procedures. Develop and review Quality Plans, ITPs and project documentation. Carry out internal, project and supply chain audits, identify non-conformances, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and monitor Quality KPIs. Promote quality, safety, environmental best practice and continuous improvement. Support client requirements, project handovers, tenders and external audits while maintaining effective relationships with project teams and the supply chain.

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Level 4/HNC qualification in Quality or a related subject, with at least one year’s civil engineering experience. They will have working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Lead Auditor principles, NHSS 16 & 30, and quality/lean principles. A CSCS card and full UK driving licence are required. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, together with a proactive and professional approach, are essential.
