

Teaching Assistant

We're working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Kesgrave that's looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your role
Working alongside the class teacher, you'll help create an engaging and supportive classroom where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Your day could include:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning
- Working with small groups to reinforce key skills
- Providing one-to-one support where needed
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and love of learning
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
