We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Supply Teaching Assistants to support a welcoming and inclusive primary school local to Kingswood. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs.
- Work with small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
- Support children's academic, social and emotional development.
- Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and pupil needs.
- Promote confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, patient and nurturing approach.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs.
- Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to get involved in school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
