The Role

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Working closely with nursery teams, parents, and carers
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Full and Relevant) is essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
