We are currently recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across a range of year groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping children achieve their full potential while gaining experience in a variety of educational settings.

The Role

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
• Providing additional support to children with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
• Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
