

Mechanical Package Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong background in large-scale commercial M&E projects in Frankfurt and other areas in Europe. This Mechanical Package Manager opportunity is long term contract with a Technical Data Centre Service provider.
Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Package Manager:
• Plan and manage labour, materials and subcontractor resources
• Manage specific mechanical packages within the wider project
• Lead and drive large teams to meet project deadlines
• Manage project scheduling, planning and progress reporting
• Ensure safety, quality and project profitability
• Read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings and specifications
• Coordinate and manage large-scale projects
• Oversee successful commissioning and handover
• Carry out material take-offs and support site requisitions
Key Requirements for this Mechanical Package Manager opportunity:
• 5+ years’ recent experience in a similar Mechanical Project Manager role
• Experience with a large M&E contractor on major commercial projects
• 3rd Level Engineering qualification or relevant trade background and experience
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver against project programmes
• Comfortable working under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Strong IT/MS Office skills
