We’re supporting a leading global technology infrastructure and connectivity solutions provider in the search for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects in Johor.

This is a key site-based position responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution, ensuring all installation works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will lead on-site engineering teams while coordinating subcontractors, client communication, health & safety compliance, and overall project delivery across mission critical environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors across structured cabling and ICT installation projects

• Overseeing all site activities to ensure works are delivered to programme, specification, and quality standards

• Managing health & safety compliance including RAMS, site procedures, and risk mitigation

• Coordinating materials, stock management, and procurement requirements across site operations

• Producing project progress updates, site documentation, patching schedules, and O&M manuals

• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder communication throughout project delivery

• Reviewing drawings and ensuring accurate as-built documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle

• Supporting project profitability while ensuring efficient delivery across fast-paced hyperscale environments

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience managing site-based delivery teams within data centre or structured cabling environments

• Strong understanding of structured cabling installations, ICT infrastructure, and mission critical project delivery

• Experience working on hyperscale or large-scale data centre construction projects

• Strong leadership, organisational, and coordination skills within fast-paced live project environments

• Excellent communication and client-facing ability with experience managing stakeholder expectations

• Good understanding of health & safety procedures and site compliance requirements

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support successful project delivery and profitability
